Shift technical support is limited to current products and to customers in good standing.  We will make every effort to assist you with technical problems within a reasonable time frame.  Shift sells to computer resellers only and we assume that our customers have at least a basic knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and the ability to install or assemble them.  This type of information will not be provided.  If you require this type of assistance we will gladly direct you to the appropriate training facilities.  Since our technicians are always busy, we ask that you exhaust all other resources for technical support before contacting us.  We appreciate your cooperation.
