WHAT THE Shift IS GOING ON?

As I mentioned in the last newsletter we have been going through some transitions.  Now we can tell you what the Shift is going on.  We have Shifted to a new company.  We are still the same people doing the same thing and more.  We are Shifting to some new products and new ventures.  We are not Shifting away from what you have known us to do for many years.  You will see many new products on the pricelist. We have recently expanded networking products, & tape backups.  These on the heels of the other product lines we have already expanded.  We will continue to grow our product line and pricelist.  This will be necessary for you to see one part of the Shift.

NOTE:  The Excel spreadsheet is always the most current pricing.  The website will be updated a few days after the spreadsheet.

Some of the more interesting things you may have already noticed us Shifting to are building custom DVR security systems, PVR systems, multimedia home theatre systems and appliances, and, here comes the big Shift you probably haven’t seen yet – Automotive computers.  Yes, we have been experimenting for the last year or so with some very interesting designs in the “Carputer” world.  This new Shift brings together the two fields of business we have a great deal of experience in.  I have worked in the automotive mechanical/electrical arena for more than 20 years.  When you combine this with the expertise we have in the computer arena, this Shift comes all too naturally.  All “Carputers” are custom configured and custom installed.  We have the capabilities of doing everything from simple MP3 players to full blown automotive DVR security, Bluetooth integration, WiFi, vehicle management controls, GPS, touch screen interface, and much more.  This appears to be one of the new waves in the computer market.  To simply be able to store all your music and movies on a hard drive in your vehicle and easily transport them back and forth by wireless network, USB2.0, or 1394 will revolutionize the car stereo market.  Add in the functionality of a DVR system and no one will ever dispute who is at fault in an auto accident again.  Constant recording from every direction will be the new undisputable witness.  The possibilities are endless.  Think about it.  Call us to discuss it.  Then let us install one in your vehicle.

Of course we will continue to provide the same quality products and services you have known us for.  If it is a computer we’ve probably built one just like it.

P.S. A note to all CTL Monitor owners – We have been experiencing a great deal of difficulty with CTL Monitors honoring their warranty.  When contacting CTL for warranty service, if they will not give you an RMA number please remind them of their 3 year No Hassle warranty.  They have trademarked the “No Hassle” and they need to honor it.  We can no longer warranty CTL monitors since we do not have a reseller agreement with them.  This problem started early last year when they shut down their Denver warehouse.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.  If we can assist you in way regarding this problem, please feel free to contact us.  We care about, and continue to strive for the satisfaction of our customers.
