NET TERMS HOLD LIFTED
Many customers have asked us for net terms over the last few months. Due to the economy and the beating the computer market has taken, we put a terms hold in place. Too many businesses going under cost us a great deal of money last year.
Good news! We have partnered with a company called Inzap to handle all of our new net terms customers. Inzap is a branch of Wells Fargo Bank. Although I cannot say anything nice about Wells Fargo, this program will help you out. The best thing about it is they can afford to be a little more lenient about giving net terms than S&K has ever been. It is a simple process to apply. Simply go to http://www.inzap.com and click the “FOR BUYERS” button. Note that there will be a 2% fee applied to all customers using this service. NONE OF OUR EXISTING NET TERMS CUSTOMERS NEED TO APPLY. YOUR EXISTING TERMS WILL NOT CHANGE.
SHIPPING WITH UPS ONLY
In the last newsletter I told you about changing back to UPS from Airborne Express. I mentioned that we will continue to use Airborne if you desire. I am reneging on that statement. Airborne has been too difficult to deal with. We will not be using them at all. Our default shipping will be with UPS. We can ship via Fedex if necessary, but our rates with UPS are much better than any other shipper.
MGE UPS SYSTEMS
This time UPS stands for Uninterruptible Power Supply. I met with MGE reps last week. As you may or may not know, S&K is a Platinum Reseller for MGE UPS Systems. That means we receive the best possible pricing. These UPS systems have potential to be great moneymakers. Due to space limitations, we cannot list every UPS available on the price list. We do have new catalogs available and anytime you need pricing on something not listed, just give us a call. There have been quite a few changes recently to their lineup. Please take a look next time you are in. If you need info sent to you, please let me know via email. scott@skwholesale.com
