NO MORE TRENDNET

Trendware International, the manufacturer of Trendnet networking products, is no longer an S&K Partner.  I don’t know exactly what the status of the company is, but the lines of communication have completely failed. The difficulties we have experienced with Trendware over the past several months have been too much to bear.  All we can hope for is that they continue to warranty their products.  We are partnering with a new company for our economical networking products.  In the meantime, we will continue to sell all other brands such as, D-Link, Linksys, SMC, Cnet, Arlotto, and of course 3com and Intel.

CASES DELAYED

The cases we were expecting have been cancelled.  The vendor kept putting us off stating that he would be able to fill the order “the next day” and then “the next”, and so on.  My frustration level reached its peak and I cancelled the order and started negotiating with a new manufacturer.  We have already brought in black keyboards, mice, CD’s, and floppy’s.  We hope to have the new cases in by next week.

ONLINE STORE DOWN

It has been a rough week and this newsletter is simply full of depressing negative information.  The online store email was down for a few days last week.  The orders placed during this time were lost.  We are trying to retrieve them.  If you placed an online order, please call us to confirm especially if you haven’t received a confirmation from us.

NET INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGIES TO VISIT S&K
