WHAT WE DO, ONCE AGAIN

At least twice a week I talk to a customer who has no idea about the diversity of things we do and products we sell.  I have tried to put together a list.  Because the list of products we sell is so large, there is almost no way we can list it all.  It would take a huge staff of people to continually update this list, or book.  Our pricelist is simply the most common components.  Please, please, please call us or send an email if you have any special needs.  We have suppliers across the country who are constantly hounding us for more business.  Everyone seems to still be suffering from the slow economy.  We all want to make sales so take a good look at this list and make a mental note of the things you were not aware of.

Anything You Can Think Of

One question we get asked frequently is, “Why don’t you list preconfigured servers on the website/pricelist?”  We only list simple PC’s because anything beyond that is custom configured.  We try to make sure you only pay for exactly what you need.  We want to make sure you know what is currently available.  We want to make sure all components work together and work well.  We want to meet your needs in both product and cost.

Are you finding it difficult to compete with my buddy Michael Dell?  Get a quote from Dell and then call us.  We have yet to be beaten by them when comparing apples to apples.  The only area we don’t provide similar service is Dell’s onsite warranty.  This service from Dell is overpriced and, in many cases, a nightmare for the end user.  Recently one of our customers required onsite service to a client with locations in remote areas of New Mexico.  Dell Charged him over $800 per PC!  For $800 we could have driven to their location, done the repair, and made a short vacation out of the trip!  There is another problem with this onsite service.  Do you have any idea who is going to show up?  I have heard horror stories about unprofessional, rude, smelly, and incompetent people doing everything from “letting the smoke out of the computer” to spending hours tying up the system and not being able to find the problem or making it worse.

I could rant a rave about these stories for days.  The bottom line is, call us before you make any decisions.  We have been around longer than any other wholesaler in Denver.  We have the experience and knowledge to help you succeed and make a profit.  We will always strive to find the best solution for you and your customer.
